Vortex started them and hosted the first two years (2002/2003). He then appointed Bagel for 2004, and Bagel did them again for 2005. The 'host' compiles all the nominations and votes made my the general populace of UnMod. In 2002, The Coop helped V-Man count the thread votes, while in 2003 and 2004, it was The Coop doing all the vote counting in the threads, with V-Man and Bagel counting the votes PMed to them. In 2005, a new set of folks took over the awards, with neminem and Xenophule (under the name Zaphod Beeblebrox) being the main people behind their execution.
